Terms & conditions

By requesting a quotation or booking a service with Saqlain Hajj & Umrah Services, you agree to provide accurate personal information and to comply with the passport, visa, health and travel requirements that apply to your journey.

Package prices are quotations, not confirmed bookings, until availability is verified and a deposit is received. Airline schedules, hotel rates and government fees can change before confirmation. We will always explain any change before you commit.

Pilgrims are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, complying with Saudi entry requirements and attending any pre-departure briefing arranged by our team.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and arrange your travel, such as your name, contact details, travel dates and service interests. We do not sell your personal data.

Information submitted through our contact and appointment forms is used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to process your booking. We may share necessary details with airlines, hotels, visa agents and other suppliers solely to deliver the services you request.

You may ask us to update or delete your enquiry information by emailing info@saqlainhajjandumrah.com.

Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the supplier terms attached to your booking, including airline, hotel and visa processing conditions. Any refundable amount will be confirmed in writing at the time of cancellation.

Government fees, visa fees and third-party service charges are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted. We recommend travel insurance for all pilgrims.

To request a cancellation, contact our team as early as possible at +92 332 9565 424.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book a Hajj or Umrah package?+

Book a free consultation through our appointment page or contact us directly. We will confirm availability, share a written quotation and guide you through the documents needed to secure your place.

When is the best time to book Umrah?+

Umrah can be performed year-round. For Ramadan and the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, we recommend booking several months in advance because hotels and flights fill quickly.

What documents do I need for a Saudi visa?+

Requirements vary by visa type and nationality. Typically you will need a valid passport, photographs, proof of residence and vaccination records. Our team provides a personalised checklist after your consultation.

Can you arrange private or family packages?+

Yes. We can arrange private rooms, family suites, private transport and custom itineraries. Tell us your group size and preferences during your consultation.

Do you attest documents for other countries?+

Yes. We handle IBCC, HEC, board, embassy and apostille attestation for many destinations. Contact us with the document type and destination country for a quotation.
